• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• To keep it sparkling and clean, our pool gets some regular pampering to stay at its best, which means it’ll be briefly unavailable during maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• We're happy to deliver:
→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Hands down I would definitely stay here again. Only 1 thing was parking...we were lucky and was able to find spots at the clubhouse. Any issue or concern we had the host responded pretty quickly. We made them aware of anything we seen and we ere told not to worry. Love our time there...we should have stayed longer. Thank you again for hosting my family of 23.

This home met our needs perfectly. Tons of space. Great for a large group. If you have more than 3 cars parking is inconvenient. But we just had one and let neighbors use our driveway. Home was clean. Two fridges and two microwaves, two dishwashers. Only a two slice toaster. We would stay again for sure but air hockey didn’t work, needs fresh paint and new carpet.

We had a family of 22 for Thanksgiving week. We love the fact that there were 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves. The house was spacious and accomodating. Some rooms have tv and others do not. The owneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Yes, the host was extremely welcoming. Had an issue with entering the HOA house grounds and we were accommodated for our inconvenience. The house was just what I was looking for. Everyone in the family had their own room with a bathroom included. All appliances were In top working conditions. I would definitely want to rent this home again i. The future
