The place was amazing and so where the host ! Beyond accommodating , timely and mannerable responses . The pictures do the property no justice , it was simply and enjoyable memory and time . I will be booking again in the future

The property was exactly as described. One of the few places I have stayed in the Orlando area without a lot of Disney-themed rooms and murals, which are not always appropriate depending on the guests. This place, however, was great. Seamless stay, everything worked as expected. The very small downside was the traffic at the gate. But I have stayed in other places around the area and that seemed pretty typical. Not the fault of the property owner at all.

I would visit this house again as it had everything and more than we wanted. The best thing was the 2 refrigerators and 5 bathrooms

The property is in a gated community. QR Code for access, the management company was excellent making sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day at the parks.

Highly recommended! Will be booking here again next time we go to Orlando. Comfortable beds and decorated to a high standard. The water wasnt very hot for showers but this was reported and fixed within 24 hours. Apartment was spotless apart from a dirty dishwasher which im sure was an accidental oversight and has been fed back. There was a couple of loud parties (one lasted 24 hours) from the houses behind but i think they are from a different gated community so felt there was no point in bothering Upstay with this, was nothing that some ear plugs didnt solve. All in all, a fantastic stay and location for the parks!

My group stayed at this home for a week and had a great time. Out only hiccup was that the air conditioner was not allowing the upstairs to cool at first but with a quick call we were able to get it cooling. This property is 20-30 mins from Disney which is why we chose it. The house was extremely spacious which even with a big group, we did not feel crammed together. I was concerned about the parking since the booking states only three vehicles could be parked however we had 4 SUVs and was able to park in the driveway. And when they say don’t park in the road, don’t park on the road because a tow truck drives around the neighborhood, even though it’s a gated community with security at the front, starting around 6pm. The garage didn’t have anything in it so that could have also been an option for us if need be for parking. The proximity to a Walmart and many fast food restaurants within a mile proved to be an extra plus.

We had 8 ladies (56) converging in Orlando for a birthday. From the minute I started communicating with the rep about check in, it was amazing. We were even approved for an early check-in - which was amazing - because we had early plans and needed a bit of extra time. Walking through the door, we were amazed. Such a clean house with 8 separate bedrooms and great-sleeping beds. 5 bathrooms and a pool - all fantastic.Our ONLY knock would be how the kitchen was stocked. We stayed in to cook our last night and FORTUNATELY brought some of our favorite pans (not knowing what would be supplied) and it turns out it was a good idea because there wasn't much to use. Other than that, ZERO complaints. GREAT HOUSE! Thank you!!

We had a few issues for maintenance like a dirty diaper on top of the outdoor screened enclosure, one of the icemakers was jammed, low flow ac coverage in one of the bedrooms, and a broken hot tub timer/dial, but nothing that affected our good time with family. The accommodations were perfect for a large family with no room sharing necessary.

This home was everything we needed and more for our Girl’s Trip of 7 for Epcot! The checkin process was easy and even when we had difficulty, customer service answered and helped immediately! The home was so clean that it felt brand new. Way bigger that the pictures gave credit for. BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!! I will book again and again!

This was a 6 yr in planning to take 5 grandkids to Universal studios. This house made our trip, pool amazing, each kids got their own room, close to everything. Loved the kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwashers and huge island. It could use a bigger frying pan. Had a clich but was dealt with quickly, thank you for that. I have never had an issue renting from VROB and will asways be my 1st choice.
