• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
• Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• To keep it sparkling and clean, our pool gets some regular pampering to stay at its best, which means it’ll be briefly unavailable during maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

We're happy to deliver:
→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was great with lots of space, and it was perfect for our group—especially the kids, who absolutely loved it. The host was always responsive, even driving over to help us with anything we needed, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Renata, our host, communicated well. She also allowed for an early check in, which was a huge plus. Only issue was the parking. We had 5 vehicles but there is only parking for 3 cars. Parking became a bit of challenge. Other than that, everything was great!!

My family stayed for 4 nights during Thanksgiving 2025. Had a great time. Young kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds and game room. Our host Renata was the absolute best. Whatever time or issue we had, she responded immediately and made every effort to ensure resolution no matter how small. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
