Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
- Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Was perfect for my family and cats We joked of how we need our home back home to look like this The king bed is a little on the hard side I was fine with it but my husband said it was too hard for him so he slept in one of the other rooms The house is spacious There is a hidden pet fee idk if that’s normal but I didn’t know until after I booked Also I like my water scorching hot to take a shower and the water only would go to warm other than that everything was absolutely great

Problem with parking , no instruction about parking yello pass and my car would have been toed if I wouldn't change parking lot. No security guard on the outside gate because construction was going on and back gate has no needed gate pass or there wasn't security guard at all

Gabriel and Ana were great hosts. Had to book their home last minute, I was inside within 30 minutes. The house was very clean and very spacious. The pool was also very clean and such a fun addition to the house! Would definitely keep in my mind for my next Orlando visit!

The home is as described and is very beautiful but there was some problem with the cleaning , hair was in the sheets in every room as well as stains .

Overall a nice townhouse in a central location, close to everything you would need. The place was spotless and matched the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with all the tools you’ll need. And provided plenty of towels. Definitely plenty of room for a whole family. The only minor detail is that it’s located right in front of the playground so during the day the front bedrooms could get loud. But no problem when it was sleep time.

Gabriel and Ana’s crib is great. Nice location, plenty of space and beds, plus a pool! Resort is also really fun, spend a lot of time there. Definitely worth the cost!

This was our second stay at this property. Fantastic location and nicely laid out townhome. Excellent communication when we had a problem with the pool heater and it was resolved right away. We will definitely be back!
