With room for up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, a cozy living area, and all the conveniences you need for a memorable stay by the beach.

• Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 full beds

Living & Kitchen Areas:
The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a Smart TV with high-speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove featuring dual-zone burners, and a laundry area is conveniently located in the kitchen (washing & drying takes approx. 6 hours).

Each apartment is allotted one parking space in the unnumbered spots on the left side of the building. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adjust split-type ductless AC units to your preferred temperature using the remotes beneath each unit.

The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, bars, and the beach. You’re just minutes from Hermosa and Esterillos beaches, world-class surf, and local entertainment, including Crocs Hotel & Casino (0.6 miles).

For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises.
• For same-day bookings confirmed after 10pm, there may be a short delay in receiving check-in details. Thank you for your patience!
• Separate check-in instructions will be sent to you. Please check your email/messages to ensure smooth check-in and stay.
• Please be advised that this unit does not include the following items: Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and paper towels. Only providing dishwashing liquid and sponge.
• Please note that washing and drying will take 6 hours.
• Please be advised that basic cooking essentials are not provided.
• Our condominium is equipped with a fire detection system for your safety. This system is sensitive to smoke from cooking, cigarettes, candles, and fumigation, which can trigger the alarms. To prevent false alarms, please exercise caution while cooking and be mindful of activities that may produce smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all.

Additional Services:
• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
