The level of communication was outstanding. Responses were always fast. The house was exquisite, offering everything required with minimal fuss. Oriana and the team showed remarkable dedication to guest satisfaction, as evidenced by the special birthday gesture for my sister's 50th, complete with balloons, sweets, and a card. We were so happy to have chosen this house for our family weekend vacation it was more than enough space for our group of 13. The house was spacious nicely set up . Our host was amazing. She communicated with us constantly very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. The complementary barbecue was great we were able to enjoy the outside and pool area. We will definitely be saving this house for future vacations.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described regarding the house. The home was in close proximity to several grocery stores and it was also close to turnpike and I-4 for getting to attractions.

Amazing Stay for a Large Group! We had a fantastic experience at this 10-bedroom house! The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive when we had a few minor issues with a chair and the pool table. Everything was addressed promptly, and I appreciated that. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family. The downstairs guest bedrooms were ideal for our elder relatives, allowing them to avoid stairs, while the younger adults enjoyed the spacious accommodations upstairs. The kitchen was a highlight – well-appointed, spotless, and truly a chef's dream. One note: the sectional and dining room chairs sit quite low, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with older family members. Other than that, the house was wonderful and made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay.

Avaliação da Casa Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, tudo muito novo e bem equipado, atendendo perfeitamente às necessidades da nossa família. Além disso, o time responsável foi extremamente atencioso, sempre respondendo rapidamente às nossas dúvidas e solicitações. No entanto, tivemos um contratempo desde o primeiro dia: um dos quartos tinha um alarme de incêndio que disparava várias vezes ao dia. Isso acabou sendo bastante inconveniente. Além disso, em um dos dias apareceu um Piscineiro lá e não fomos avisados previamente sobre a presença dele, achamos bem estranho. Apesar desse detalhe, a experiência geral foi excelente, e recomendamos o espaço para quem procura conforto e um ótimo atendimento.

With 18 people, staying at this home was great! Everyone found the bathrooms and bedrooms to be clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great amenities to have. Plus, Upstay was very responsive before and during our stay. I would recommend this home for large groups interested in staying in Kissimmee (plus Orlando is a short drive away)!

This was a great stay for 10 of us. The house was perfect as were the pool and hot tub. Upstay's communication was very good and made for a smooth pre, during, and post visit experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your beautiful home. If I would ask for anything different it would be more towels and wash clothes. Also the shower could be slippery. Maybe shower pads to prevent falling.

Our group really enjoyed the stay. The host was very active sending us information about our stay. and helping answer questions, check in/out was very seamless and we had no issues while there. Our group was there for a work conference, and it was nice for everyone to have their own space including a bathroom, but to also have plenty of common areas to hangout in. Plenty of space for a large family/group. Would 100% book again.

My family and I made a last-minute reservation just before Christmas and had a great overall stay.The Not So Good:The pool didn't work properly. It took several attempts to resolve. The “game room” reeked of pot. We bought deodorizers and kept the door open. One fridge reeked and was unusable for food. A fresh deodorizer suggested management was aware. Kitchen utensils were very worn. Knives were too dull to cut food, and the can opener didn’t work. The pool table was visibly unlevel, and the air hockey table was broken. I fixed both. The first-floor master bathroom had no power due to a tripped GFI outlet in another bathroom. Broken glass from a prior renter was left inside the vacuum cleaner and missed by the cleaning team.The Really Bad:The fire suppression/alarm system was unplugged and nonfunctional for the entire stay. I texted daily and never received guidance. The house sits under a very bright streetlight, and there are no blackout curtains. Front bedrooms were extremely bright at night, so we used trash bags to block the light.The Really Good:Management was otherwise very responsive.Once running, the pool and hot tub were excellent. The house is huge, with great separation for kids and adults.The kitchen easily seats 12–14, with plenty of dishes. There is ample bedding and towels. The area was quiet.We would return and do recommend this as a rental.

My stay was amazing! Everything was smooth from the check-in to check out. The pictures in the description were very accurate and the cleanliness was top notch. My family and I was very satisfied with our stay while on vacation and already looking to come back and stay at this same location .
