With 6 bedrooms and room for 16 of your nearest and dearest, this house is meant to be shared with those who mean most, and even can fit the friends of friends who you don’t actually know that well. We're also pet friendly for small, polite animals.

Located just a 7 minute walk from Rainey St, this house is so decked out with neon lights and funky decorations, it practically screams "Insta-worthy!" The bedrooms have the coolest designs and the house is filled with fun stuff like a huge spa-like soaker bathtub. Plus it has an epic backyard with a BBQ, an outdoor fireplace, and your very own swimming pool/hot tub. Soak up that Texas sunshine from a poolside lounger, while sipping on a cool drink. Guests also have access to the pool house, which has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom.

Plus you'll have a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and smart TVs with complimentary WiFi connection. Time to level up your vacation game, my friend.

• Please note that the arcade game is temporarily out of service. Our team is currently working diligently to address the issue and restore it to full functionality as soon as possible.

• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.
• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.

• Pets are welcome. The pet fee is $50/pet for the whole stay- Max of 2 pets.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Great house, Disappointing customer service

The house and location were great, and in a peaceful neighborhood with a coffee shop close by. The issue I had was the customer service from Upstay. First, obtaining information on how to check in and the door code was like pulling teeth. I got several vague answers from a representative, who was polite, but extremely vague in all communication. She should have just told me the code would not be available until the time of check in, which was 3pm; instead, she gave me incorrect times. Finally, she just said she would text me the code. Second, most of the guests complained about dirty sheets with stains, hairs, black marks, and dust. I saw a similar review on Airbnb's listing. It was as if the sheets were not washed. We washed the sheets, and there was improvement, indicating they were not washed. Upstay offered to enter the house while we were not there to "take a look at the sheets," but I declined since taking a look at them would accomplish nothing, and the guests had already washed them. Third, we received a visit from a city code enforcement officer knocking at the door. He said something about AirBnb not having authority to rent the property. He was asking for owner information. When advised we did not rent through AirBnb, he left. Fourth, a guest reported someone looking into the master bathroom window from the man's own residence balcony. Several of the bathroom windows had no coverings, and there are houses surrounding the property. Lastly, I emailed Upstay about all of these concerns and asked them to address all the points. I received another vague response that I declined working on the sheets "together." I called and asked for a call back, but I received a text back asking how I can be helped. The customer service responses have been extremely vague and disappointing, and for these reasons, I will not be using Upstay again. They offered a $100 refund for the sheets issues (the required cleaning fee is $309), which is not much compared to the thousands we spent to rent the house.

Perfect for larger groups, urban/hip feel. Very spacious and comfortable. Other than the possum chillin in the backyard. Everything was perfect. I blame the possum, not like it was the hostess pet. We will be booking this house in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality!

We came to celebrate my sister bachelorette. Weekend in Texas. The house was spacious and clean for our large group. Everything was close and even the drive to lake Travis was not long. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this house.

This is the perfect spot for a large group trip! There are more than enough comfortable beds for everyone, spacious common areas, and a large private backyard! The decor was fun and modern, everything was clean and as expected. Very close ride to airport and downtown bars/restaurants!

This house has the perfect setup for bigger groups, that are also looking for privacy. We really enjoyed staying here because of the open space, amenities and location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling in for work or family/friend trip, and want a fun spot to add to the trip.

We had a great stay at the house! Communication with our host was great, they always responded quickly and answered questions. The place was well located, but it was fun just hanging out at the house - excellent space! We didn’t have enough kitchenware for a large group, and some of the pans were worn down. Also would recommend bringing a lighter/matches for the grill!

This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don’t know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. We had a group of ten aged 18-81 and everyone really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfy beds and great outside space. Close to downtown and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your group.

My Bach group slept so good in this house! We had so much fun. We weren’t far from anything at all. This is definitely my favorite trip I’ve taken so far!

We had such a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the common areas were very comfortable for our group. If we had any issues, Valerie and Kyle were extremely responsive. All in all I would highly recommend staying at this property with a big group!

This place was amazing ! So spacious and well designed. It is so close to so many amazing Austin spots. Will definitely be rebooking this spot next time !

Great stay for a large group of co workers! Communicative hosts. The lack of reviews on this listing had me concerned to start, but the property is managed through UrbanStay (which has great reviews) and we had no issues during our stay. Thanks!
