Add-On Services:
- Pool heating: $35/night
- Hot tub heating: $35/night
- Pool + hot tub combo: $60/night (2-night minimum)
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Convenience Rentals:
- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
- Pack 'N Play crib: $40
- Highchair: $40

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

All was amazing with the property.The only flaw to my group was the parking communication .our church can was towed because the tailend was hanging in sidewalk area due to its length .This rules strictness needs to be highlighted alot more to prevent petty expense and inconvenience to the renter This is no knock on upstay , they were amazing with the process and were always there to answer any questions.

Very accommodating for our large group. Any issue we had was immediately resolved. Very close to a lot of places we frequently needed to go to like Walmart.

Beautiful home. After spending two nights in family to receive the new year, we were so glad to have chosen this property and so comfortable with the exclusive attention Upstay provided. Everything looked exactly as advertised, the cleaning was on point and our host was extremely helpful and always very responsive, very clear. The 12 bedroom house has a theme for each room. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. The heated pool service is worth adding when travelling during winter dates. Kids enjoyed the game room, the kitchen was spacious. *Parking is not the most convenient as there is only space for three cars and might be complicated when booking for large groups. The rest of the cars can be parked at the clubhouse. Be aware, cars can be towed even when parking them correctly. Our host took this matter seriously and responded adequately to address the situation with HOA. Besides that only detail, it was a perfect stay. Thank you!
