• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you!
• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

• Windsor Cay is a new community and is now fully open, including all resort amenities.
• Our home is fully ready and stocked for your stay, and the surrounding area is mostly complete, with any minor finishing touches ongoing.
• You’ll have full access to all the brand-new Windsor Cay Resort amenities onsite during your stay.
• While the community is newly developed, the property and resort facilities are open and welcoming guests for a complete vacation experience.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.
• Rent a Pack 'n play for USD 39 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for USD 29 (one-time fee)
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Booked our stay here for our family Disney trip and it was phenomenal! Everyone of all ages was able to enjoy many aspects of the home. It is exactly as pictured - beautiful, fun, and clean! We opted for the heated pool during our January travel and it was the best decision - water was so comfortably warm and pool was cleaned daily. Host was always quick to respond and so friendly and accommodating. Loved that you get access to the Windsor Cay resort, we visited multiple times and it truly felt like we were on a resort. Will recommend this to friends and family who are looking for a Florida trip! Thank you so much for everything :)

We had a wonderful multi-generational family stay and truly enjoyed the home. It was clean, comfortable, and very well suited for families of all ages. The grandkids especially loved all the games in the house and absolutely enjoyed the resort amenities. The pools, lazy river, and splash pad were their favorites and kept them happily entertained. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was as described. We felt at home during our visit and would happily stay again with our family.

Price was very afforable for what we got. Resort style amenities and hotel like linens and very very clean, almost brand new. We enjoyed the decor for our kids, games, and the pool was wonderful for our two kiddos. The pool heat was a must for the time of year. Opt for that if you have littles who need warmer water temps. The clubhouse pool was heated and really fun! Putt putt and game room a total bonus and a great evening wind down activity! Being super picky but maybe more plush towels for the pool, seemed like we needed two per person to accomodate and more kids dinner wear to accomodate the clearly child friendly house. I also think pack n plays should be standard in family style airbnb's so we left one for other families to enjoy free of charge and hope that is a blessing to other families in the future! Great memories and comfortable living during our stay!!!

Luciana’s home was everything plus more to my family and myself! Everything was exactly like the pictures it accommodated my family of 8 perfectly. Luciana was very responsive and nice everytime I reached out with questions. She also gifted my daughter with a birthday surprise that she greatly appreciated and loved! The place was very clean and looked like the pictures. There are basic cooking utensils and pans. But was missing simple things like lids for frying pans and only enough cups for a small party. In the master there were no plugs close to the bed so we had to get extension cords to plug our phones and baby monitor in so we can have them on the ledge next to the bed. We had a small issue with a breaker flipping but we reached out and they had someone over in less than 10 minutes. This house was awesome and we will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean with an awesome layout that worked perfectly for our family. Our teenagers especially loved the video games, and there were plenty of sleeping areas for everyone to spread out. The small pool in the backyard was a great bonus, but the real highlight was the neighborhood amenity center—it had a waterslide, lazy river, free mini golf, and even a free arcade! The location and amenities made it feel like a resort vacation. The host was extremely responsive and excellent to work with, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for fun and relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay and the home was as described. They were able to accommodate an early checkin and late checkout, which was great! It was easy to communicate with them with prompt responses and they were very helpful. We couldn’t get a couple of games to work in the game room but they offered to send maintenance to fix it. Would stay here again.

Honestly, we have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in the Orlando/Central Florida area and this one has been the most beautiful one to date. It is so cozy and you can tell that it was perfectly and purposely curated to provide an oasis for its guests. Everything was in perfect condition and I can only hope the future guests take extra care of the space so it remains that way! The hosts were amazing and always responsive. We didn’t need to run out and buy anything, everything that was provided was just enough for our stay. The kids rooms were so cute and the slide was definitely popular. The Pac-Man game brought back so many memories and was a blast to play again. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked. In terms of location, this property is near so many amazing restaurants and Walmart is literally 2 minutes away, maybe even less. It was 25 minutes away from the Disney Bubble which was very important to us. We cannot wait to come back and have nothing negative to say. 10/10
