Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours notice is required if you would like to add this service.
• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.
• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

To get into community you must go to guard shack which is on princess way. The house was great for our Bible study group. Hot tub was hot and ready as well as pool. We never used the grill but paid for it bc we just had no time. Everyone in our group was comfortable and had their own space. Game room lacked adequate balls etc but the kids still liked playing in there. Outside table was great to fellowship. Open kitchen with living room was idea for our group! We will be back! Each room having their own bathroom was a success. Their response time was excellent. More towels if all types would be great but over all zero complaints and place was clean and comfortable. Parking fit 7 cars but smaller cars not big vehicles. We made it work by utilizing community house for the cars that needed to park. But that’s if there is available. Neighbors busy not telling you and trying to charge $25 to $30 a car to park. If there’s room at community house it’s free. Don’t fall $ park

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and comfortable. The house was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. I was truly touched by the personal touches our host Renata provided - she left a birthday chocolate and even put up a birthday banner to celebrate my special day. That level of thoughtfulness really made the experience memorable and showed how much she cares about her guests. The space itself was perfect for our group. Everyone commented on how spacious and well-appointed it was. Having two refrigerators was such a practical bonus that we really appreciated - it’s those kinds of details that set this place apart from other rentals. All the rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, and the home had all the appliances and amenities we needed. I absolutely recommend staying here! First off, the house itself is just so beautiful. The beds were so comfy, water pressure in the shower was amazing, but most of the hosts were incredible! One of the guest forgot their teddy bear and when I told them, they took a picture and will send it to their home! Incredible host! I will definitely be back and even one of the guests who came with me wants to rent it now! An absolute MUST stay!

One Of The Best Places To Stay In Kissimmee, Florida. We came down to celebrate our babies first birthday in this home literally accommodated all of my family and it was about 25 of us. Everyone had their own space on bathroom. We enjoyed the pool watching movies dinner family time fun and the game area lots of laughs and memories were created in this home. This is one of my favorite homes and we would love love love to vacation with them again. We think you should as well.

Pristine house with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. About 20-25 minute drive to Disney, many local restaurants and close to other attractions. Very responsive communication and every thing was up to par. We couldn’t get an early check-in however and there is no 2nd bunk bed as listed in the break-down for the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi were well kept and were nice and warm but do face the main road (privacy screen recommended). Other than that highly recommend this house! You won’t be dissapointed!

My group of 22 was very pleased with the place being cozy and comfortable with a feel at home feeling. We really enjoyed the spacious living room and dining area. The decors in the rooms were so inviting adding much comfort as you lay down to sleep. We enjoyed doing karaoke at the second floor with the big screen cinema like TV and set up like a movie theater with reclining seats. Our group plans more outings and will definitely consider Air bnb for our future journeys. We commend the hosts for the prompt responses for any questions and concerns we had.

Our family trip was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay the location was great. Pictures were just like the listing. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was a plus. If we had any concerns or questions the property team reached back at in a timely manner. The community pool was super cute for the little ones. Plenty of space and so many rooms the plus was each room had a their own bathroom amazing! We can honestly say this property is really great no concerns. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property with a group of about 30 of us. It was very spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The pool was a major hit as well as the game room & movie theater.
