• The laundry room is a shared space that you can use. It is located in the basement and costs $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Please note that the laundry room is not available for use between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM.

•For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required and is subject to a fee. This helps maintain our property’s high standards while ensuring a comfortable stay for our long-term guests.

• To enhance your experience and comfort, we’re implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, we’ll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.

• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

• You will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest after you have confirmed your reservation.

• The unit does not have air conditioning and no fans for use as well.

• Please be aware that the unit and the furnishings may vary from photos and are representative only.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

Noise Awareness
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
