Just east of downtown and within walking distance of top attractions like Parliament Hill and the National Gallery of Canada, this cozy unit is the perfect home base for exploring the city’s rich cultural heritage and lively urban scene.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable King bed and a sofa bed in the living area, making it a great choice for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. Enjoy modern comforts like a Smart TV, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and in-suite laundry for added convenience. The space has been thoughtfully designed and freshly furnished to ensure a relaxing and stylish stay.
We offer a collection of thoughtfully designed units, each ensuring a stylish and welcoming stay. While every unit upholds the same high-quality experience, the layout, view, and decor may differ. Your assigned unit will be confirmed prior to check-in.
**Important Notice**
• We are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

There is limited on-site parking available behind the building in the back lot for $20/day. Booking in advance is recommended. Please inquire with us for further details.
• Pets up to 70 lbs. are very welcome at our home, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. However, please note that pitbulls are not permitted.
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 49.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation
Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
