Step into a bright, airy space filled with natural light pouring through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly – ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or even working remotely. The living room is outfitted with a smart TV and high-speed internet throughout, while the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation for those who need to catch up on work. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony – the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven with stovetop, and microwave. With plenty of cupboard space for snacks and generous counter space for meal prep, you'll have everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. The dining table seats four, perfect for meals or casual gatherings.

The unit also includes in-suite laundry machines and on-site parking, making extended stays or quick getaways hassle-free.

• Please note that the building amenities are managed by Station Park. If any amenities are out of order or under maintenance, Station Park is responsible for their upkeep. Some or all building amenities may not be available during your stay.

• Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property.

• Please be informed that the dryer is temporarily not working. Our team is working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

• Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property.

• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.

• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.

• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.


1. The home is located in a new development, and construction is still ongoing in the neighborhood. Light noise disruptions may occur during the day. We appreciate your understanding.

2. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.

3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Was an amazing place to stay. The view was really nice at night, rooms tidy and clean be and my partner had and amazing experience. Host were fast and responsive at all times and was more then happy to give us extra check out time.
