Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Out stay was phenomenal. The house was immaculately clean, all services worked as expected. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great and the neighborhood is very quiet. We all had a great time with plenty of room and fun things for the kids to do. Would come back again!

So much to say regarding this Airbnb. Firstly the pictures do not do the place justice. It is so tastefully designed whilst being so comfortable and inviting. We immediately felt at home! The place is big enough to spread out and not feel crowded when gathered in one general area. The game room was a hit, the pool was perfection and the theatre was so comfortable to sit in! The host and co host made us feel at ease to reach out with any questions and concerns and they were extremely responsive- not to mention timely! This was such a great place and overall experience that I would book with them again and even book this exact listing! Truly a perfect trip in a home that made it all the more enjoyable!!

The place was very nice spacious. We liked the amenities built into the house. The host was very responsive and the parking worked out, especially being so close to the clubhouse. It helped for any extra parking that was needed. Kitchen had everything that we needed and the outdoor setting was comfortable for us to spread out.

This house easily ranks among the best properties we have ever rented for our annual Orlando trip.
