Amazing stay with an incredible host! Our host was incredibly responsive, replying within minutes and going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was spacious and fit our whole group perfectly. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the wildlife roam around the back of the property - it was a unique and peaceful experience. Thalita and Rob were wonderful hosts. The space was immaculate and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was a PLUS!!! The area was very convenient for getting to the parks and restaurants. Would definitely book again for family gatherings Thank you again

This is a really good place to stay is really close to all Disney parks in a gated community quiet neighborhood with all amenities a clean house, nice swimming pool, if you have the time to enjoy it definitely recommended. I want to come back to this place in the future.

We were a group of 7 adults and really enjoyed the modern design, and still felt comfortable and at home. The house is huge, and every thing was super clean. There are plenty dishes and basic cookware, only thing lacking would be a keurig, We only used the fridge and microwave, which were both pristine. We liked that there were no bunk beds and no childlike themed rooms. The bedrooms all updated with white on white linens and very comfortable and clean. The pool area was clean and tidy. The game room is in the garage. There is no AC there, so it was warm, we had to prop the door open for airflow from the house, not a big deal. The house AC is quiet and super cold! This is definitely a place we would stay again! Mainly because of how clean the whole house was, especially the white beds linens.

Wonderful stay at Thalita and Rob’s Beautiful Florida Home We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Florida. The home is exactly as described, and even better in person. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to local attractions, and great restaurants, yet nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that provides the perfect amount of privacy. Thalita was incredibly responsive and made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival. From the detailed instructions to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, it was clear that they truly care about their guests’ experience. The outdoor space was a highlight and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked! making it easy to prepare meals at home, and the beds were super comfortable, our stay was just perfect. I would highly recommend this home,the perfect getaway for friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay in this property although this wasn't the originally booked but the hosts were gracious enough to accommodate our request re: amenities including pet & pool heating discounts! Although some games at the garage but the kids did not last playing as heat was terrible. Noticed there's not much insulation in the garage to repel the heat as it was not A/C'd and the weather the terrible enough to stay there longer. But, it was alright as the kids appreciated the plenty of channels to watch in the TV. My most appreciated thing was the provisions as anticipated by the owner like the kitchen stuffs, cleaning materials and even enough towels and toiletries. It was thoughtful of that I thought! Even the electric fans were provided! Awesome! Also some lamps wiggly. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you!

Definitivamente nos encantó la casa!!! Todo estaba limpio, la cocina espaciosa, los cuartos espectaculares con un baño en cada uno, las camas eran súper cómodas, es la primera vez que me quedo en un lugar que no es mi casa y duermo súper bien. We loved staying in this house. It was plenty of room. Incredible pool and hot tub. PAY the extra money to have it heated. So nice to enjoy it in the evenings after walking at Disney! I would suggest if you have a large family-take extra towels, wash clothes, dish clothes, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. we just went to dollar general and picked up some to work while we were there. Also may wanna take some cooking utensils, tin foil, etc. if you’re cooking while there. The bare necessities are provided as promised. Did not smell like an animal even though it is a pet friendly house. I didn’t wanna leave the house! I could have enjoyed relaxing there all 5 days! We definitely will be back! And maybe just to relax around the pool!

The house was super clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was perfect. Really loved the spacious bedrooms and individual bathrooms was the most impressive. I was really impressed with the management answering questions about how to get into the resort and checking in. I did not read the info about the no washcloths are provided but that was easily resolved. The neighbors were quiet and the clubhouse and community was clean. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.
