Pool Availability: The outdoor swimming pool is available for a limited period during the summer months. Please check with us prior to booking or arrival to confirm availability.

• Indoor hot tub open 6am to 11pm
• Fitness center with Peloton, weights, and treadmills

A well located and fully equipped stay designed for comfort, convenience, and easy access to downtown Toronto.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• The temperature is centralised within the building. It is set to heating from November to March and will be changed to cooling around April..

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

Additional Services:
• Rent a pack 'n play for $29 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for $19 (one-time fee)
• New! Baby Bundle available for $39 (one-time fee), a convenient set including a pack 'n play and highchair, perfect for families traveling with little ones
• For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance; guests must step out during service.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

I had a great stay - the apartment was clean, just like in the photos, and the location is close to grocery stores/attractions/transit, and in general is very walkable. The host was easy to reach and the check-in/check-out was easy as well!

I had a lovely stay at this place. It was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive. The location of this place is extremely convenient for exploring things downtown, as well as getting to union station. The view of the CN tower was absolutely beautiful!

I recently stayed at 20 John Street in Toronto, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From start to finish, my host Shameza was an absolute standout—excellent communication, incredibly kind, and so attentive to every detail. They made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location itself was perfect, and the space was just as wonderful as I’d hoped. I’d book again in a heartbeat—highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto! 5 stars all the way!

We had the absolute best time at this unit ! It was clean and tidy, was perfect for us. We were able to get there easily as we came by train which was a 7 min walk to Union which was awesome! Check in and Check out we’re easy, concierge was polite and helpful. The host Pharrell was absolutely responsive, helpful and there if needed. For any future trips we will definitely be checking the availability of this unit!! Thank you again Pharrell !

Safe and conveniently located in downtown Toronto, within walking distance of Union Station and major tourist attractions. The spectacular view of the CN Tower is a big plus to the stay.
