• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time USD 69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.
• Pool heating: $35/night (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)
• Pack ’n play: $39 one-time fee
• Highchair: $29 one-time fee

Convenience Services
• Mid-stay cleaning (for stays over 3 nights): available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

I loved this space. I literally felt like I was home. Very clean and my babies loved it as well! I had 1000 questions for the host and they had 1000 answers. They made sure to check on me everyday, which I loved the most. The pool was clean. I will be returning 10/10

Luciana is a wonderful and attentive host , her home was so cozy , modern & super clean . We loved the fridge , the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Great place to stay close to Disney parks , restaurants and attractions. This beautiful appointed home was the perfect stay for our family of 5 .

We enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Disney. The property matched the listing and description accurately. The property is in the back of the neighborhood. As of now, GPS will not bring you directly to the property, (but its location is just a few houses down from where the GPS brought us). The listing also states that very clearly. Also, the host was very quick to respond throughout our stay. My children loved the themed rooms. We would stay again.

Our stay was amazing! The home was immaculately clean, and the décor was absolutely on point — modern yet cozy. I especially enjoyed the private pool; it was the perfect size for relaxing and cooling off. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything about the space made us feel right at home. We would definitely book again if we go back to Orlando soon!

This was an amazing stay. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had beautiful decor. The hosts were available when I needed them. The home is at the very back of several subdivisions, so it takes a few minutes to get there. I ran/walked the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings and felt safe. I am very happy with my stay and would do it again!

I had a fantastic stay at Upstay’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy, with clear check-in instructions and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to everything. The beds were super comfy, and the themed kids bed rooms was a plus. The screened in outdoor space was perfect and relaxing! The kitchen was full stocked. Upstay was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. Very accommodating.
