Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

It was wonderful! The space was perfect for what we needed and even had a few things we didn’t know we would need until we ran into them. The space is well taken care of and decorated. Lovely place to stay. The Smart Stock took a second to figure out but we got it in the end. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Ryan was very helpful and responsive with all my questions. Loved the fireplace! The stairs are a bit steep for my knees but it wasn’t awful with the handrail. Well, I have to say I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this has to be one of the nicest and most comfortable cleanest apartment. I’ve stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect very modern very clean very comfortable the bed super comfortable sheets everything beautiful apartment in the middle of everything convenience, stores around restaurants everything you could need the host was absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying here in a few months. The space was great for my friend and I to visit Toronto for the weekend. It's close to many restaurants and shopping. Had an amazing time at Casa Hotels. The location was perfect for us— only a block away from family. We loved having parking but also being so close to things to do. The host, Ryan was super responsive to our needs for early check in as well as some extra supplies. This was great for our family trip to Toronto. Our family of 3 had a nice and cozy stay over Christmas break. Ryan was very friendly and proactive with communication, and the instructions for checking were crystal clear. \n\nParking is a huge plus, it is located behind the unit. We were able to pull the car around to the front for ease of access in the snowy weather. \n\nWe really enjoyed the living area for relaxing in the evening, playing board games and watching tv. There was enough space in the apartment for us to be able to relax without being on top of each other. \n\nThe area is very walkable, we enjoyed a few shops and a pint at The Roy a few blocks away. Things were pretty quiet during our stay likely due to the holiday, we look forward to staying in this area again during the summer months. We had to stay over due to a hospital visit and we wanted a private space, two bedrooms with full kitchen. The tech was awesome, even 21 yr old was impressed with the TV situation. The place was perfect and just a short drive from the hospital. Great restaurants and services within two blocks. We will be back in the summertime to enjoy the neighbourhood. Eastside Social seemed like "the place to be" downstairs but when they closed at 10 pm it was nice and quiet for the rest of the night. We appreciated the co-host's quick and compassionate response to one small concern and we will definitely book again. It was a place where I could fully experience the advantages of Airbnb after a long time. The cleaning was very neat and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools. I think I remember the times when I would light the fireplace every evening and take a break. It wasn't difficult to get to downtown at all. also It was convenient because there were many large and small shops nearby. Great place to stay in cute area in Toronto. We had some difficulty figuring out how to enter through the building door but quickly figured it out. The parking spot is directly behind the building, but you will need to walk around the block as the back door of the apartment doesn’t lock from the outside. Otherwise, the space is incredible and on a very cute block. Our stay was quick but extremely comfortable and cozy. The apt is immaculate and although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen looked well equipped. Location was super convenient for us, just 5 minutes drive from our venue (History). Sooo many places to eat, although a lot of them were closed due to the thanksgiving holiday, but we managed to have an amazing meal at Fangio, delicious coffee at Pilot, and some of the best pastries we've ever had at Johnson Family Bakery. We stayed 1 night for a show at the Opera House down the street. The location was perfect, tons of good restaurants, cafes and shops. The street car goes by right out front but is very quiet. The apartment was perfect - really nice furnishings, everything you'd need in a kitchen, very clean and very quiet despite being on a busy street. The parking spot was incredibly helpful as well. We loved our stay. The apartment is very clean with nice interior and comfortable beds. There’s a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area and you can go to the beach or downtown in under 30 minutes. We had an amazing stay here. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was spotless, and everything had been thoughtfully designed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed some good night's sleep there! Ryan couldn't have been a better host. He was very responsive and helpful and it felt like he went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. We appreciated all the little touches like coffee pods and plenty of things to use in the bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment looked out over the main street and our toddler enjoyed standing against the window watching all of the buses and trams, which give you very easy access to downtown. We had been recommended by a friend to go to Gio Rana's Really Really Nice, which less than a 10 minute walk away. The food was delicious but defo go without little kids! We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a vibrant neighborhood, close to lots of amenities and convenient public transit. It’s above a delicious restaurant and within walking distance to many spots, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, linens and sheets were clean, and the apartment had everything needed for a short stay. From the onset, communication was incredible! I have severe allergies to fragrance, our host made sure all linens and towels were pre-washed with a fragrance free product, so very appreciated. The apartment was just perfect for our two night stay, we were able to check-in early. Private, secure entrance up a well lighted stairway. Beautiful artwork greeted us upon arrival. Lovely and spacious living area, pristine kitchen and bathroom, centrally located in a fun, walkable neighborhood. No issues whatsoever with any noise, slept very well. The accommodations were very clean and as described. Beds were very comfortable and there fans available in each room; which was greatly appreciated as I am a fan sleeper. There is street noise, but it isn’t a problem in the bedrooms. There are so many great restaurants and bars very close, a grocery store, and street car access right out front. We stayed here for 4 nights while we explored toronto. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and was very clean and comfortable. The area is great with lots of bars, restaraunta and in fact everything you could require in walking distance. Ryan was an excellent host and very responsive. We did have one major issue while we were there which was the water being cut off and Ryan was straight on to the issue, it turned out to be a nieghbourhood issue but I am confident that it there were any issues I am confident that he would sort them out. Great two bedroom apartment in Leslieville. The location can’t be beat with tram stop down the block and tons of restaurants and coffee spots. Bike share around the corner which made for a quick trip to our conference in the convention center. We were very happy to be staying outside of the downtown core. The place was immaculate- it felt as if we were the first to stay. Stayed 7 nights here whilst back in Toronto celebrating our anniversary and would highly recommend to other travellers. Check in instructions were crystal clear and communication great throughout. The host Ryan seems like a lovely fella. We really appreciated the anniversary gift, which was a lovely touch. The accommodation looks unassuming from the outside (above a small restaurant) but is immaculate inside. It's clear that the space has been recently refurbished as all of the furniture and appliances and brand new. It has every utensil you could possibly need too! One quirk is that there is an external door to the property which leads straight into the master bedroom. Not a big deal for me but my wife wasn't a fan of this. The neighbourhood itself is lovely, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Briefly spoke to the owner of the restaurant downstairs too - very welcoming! My family and I absolutely loved staying here and would 100% come back! The apartment was beautiful, plenty of room to comfortably have 4 people, with all amenities one would need at an Airbnb. The kitchen has everything, bathroom was stocked with toiletries, beds looked like I was at an hotel, just all in all a great stay! Our host was very responsive and constantly checked on us and the neighborhood is great too! Good coffee place right across the street. Parking was easy to find. Streetcar stop was right down the block, ubers were quick with pickup. Amazing stay, 100% recommend! There was a a gas leak from the restaurant below one evening but Ryan the host was extremely responsive and offered us another unit less than 5 minutes away to stay in while it was being fixed. I can absolutely recommend this apartment - however, something is wrong with CASA’s listing so after booking the apartment the booking would show a different apartment. I did however check in to the correct apartment so this review is for the 1010 queen street east apartment - which is very nice and comfortable. Our stay at a 2 bedroom suite hosted by Casa Hotels on Queen Street East in Toronto was a great experience. The co-hosts were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The suite is as described and as presented in photos. The kitchen is spacious with a large island and plenty of cookware. From a design perspective, the suite is well-appointed with modern furniture. Absolutely beautiful place with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. The beds were so comfortable and the free parking was a nice option to have. As others mentioned it was above a restaurant and the noise was minimal and only lasted until ~10pm when the restaurant closed. The location was in walking distance to a number of restaurants and the host was extremely responsive. We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property for a one night stay. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The space was spotlessly clean, with stylish furniture and thoughtful aesthetic touches. The beds were comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, and the living area was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large TV and individual TVs in the bedrooms for added privacy. The bathroom had a lovely shower, and the entire apartment layout provided plenty of room for all of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. When asked, none of us could think of a single thing we would change! Our host was responsive and very helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. We cannot say enough about this place! It is located in the heart of Leslieville and steps from transition! Close to so many incredible restaurants and cafes, like Maha’s Cafe, Pasaj, Johnson Family Bakery, Eastside Social and more! The place was spotless, had everything we needed, felt safe and secure, quiet for being on a main road, and felt super cozy. Our stay with Casa Hotel was better than expected! Ryan was always so responsive and proactive, leaving us with all questions answered. With that being said, the place was actually better than the photos! After arriving, we immediately noticed how easy check in was, and how clean the place was! The beds were to-die-for with the best mattresses and comforters.
