• The front desk staff are managed by the condo and not by us. For any issues or assistance, please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Place was great and would go again. They don’t provide wash cloths so make sure to bring all your shower products or you will need to run to Walmart like we did across the street.

I would definitely stay here again it was exactly as I expected the room to be very beautiful and clean lots of towels the hosts were very helpful and responsive had a issue getting the lockbox to unlock for the key and the keys didn’t work when I arrived at the hotel but both problems were solved pretty much immediately the beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows it was easy to find and the resort itself was very nice staff was friendly and accommodating

The place was great. We stayed 5 days and it was close to all the attractions universal sea world and the premium outlets. Lots of food options nearby too, only a small issue with the keyfob as it has to be held away grom mobile devices and credit cards. Had issue with it on check in on but got resolved. Would definitely recommend staying.

The apartment, the location, the amenities, the hospitality were just amazing! If I could give a 6 star I would definitely do! The host always responded in time and helpful. Really perfect for a small family. The condo is spacious, clean and family friendly. My kids loved the pool. The poolside bar was great. We took Lyft to/from Disneyworld resorts and it was so easy. 12-20 minutes one way on average. Gabriel was very responsive. I look forward to visiting again.

Gabriel and Ana were awesome! Great communication and response time for any and all questions. The pictures were exactly the same as the unit. One thing that’s not mentioned that I really love is that it is steps from a major shopping outlet. The place was clean. Hot tub was amazing enough space for two. The pool and hot tub was nice. Definitely a kid friendly environment but also a nice night for two. There’s a bar by the pool and tiki huts which give a nice ambience. Overall great stay! Thank you Ana and Gabriel! We look forward to staying again when we return.

Everything about this apartment was good except could not adjust the air conditioner to go below 75. The place was clean and comfortable. It is very close to Disney which the reason for the trip.

The condo was nice, tidy and clean. Owner was very on top of everything. We had a little problem with the coffee maker and owner had another one there ASAP. Great communication. If we come down again we would stay here again.

We have stayed on property before but this is a new condo to us. We had a bit of confusion on the check in and needed extra towels, but the place it VERY NICE, the price was incredible and if you have stayed her before, you need to book it ASAP.

Beautiful home that comfortably fit our family of 5. We walked around the resort property there is plenty of things to keep the kids occupied on site. I have teens and keeping them happy can be tricky It is very clean and we felt very safe. I greatly appreciate this location and we enjoyed our time.
