Settle into a comfortable stay with the essentials you need. The private bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The compact kitchenette comes with a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and essential appliances. Central air conditioning is provided, with preset temperatures that cannot be adjusted. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, a 55" Smart TV with streaming options, and one onsite parking spot per booking. The property is pet-friendly, too.

This condo is part of a residential building, and sometimes sound travels. You may hear some movement or footsteps from nearby units. Totally normal, just keeping you in the loop.
We offer parking for $15/day (one spot per stay), available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
We welcome pets with prior approval so the whole family can travel together. A CAD 49 pet fee is added at booking for one pet, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. A maximum of two pets, 40 lbs per pet.
For extended stays of 7 nights or more, you can request a mid-stay clean for a fee. To ensure your preferred time, please book 24–48 hours in advance. Guests must be out of the unit during service.

- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
