This pet-friendly unit has a separate bedroom with a Queen sized bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 3 guests at a time. You'll love the kitchenette, with its mini-fridge and microwave oven, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment, and the suite is wired with a high speed internet connection.

This condo is part of a residential building, and sometimes sound travels. You may hear some movement or footsteps from nearby units. Totally normal, just keeping you in the loop.
1. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
2. We offer parking for $15/day (one spot per stay), available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
3. We welcome pets with prior approval so the whole family can travel together. A CAD 49 pet fee is added at booking for one pet, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. A maximum of two pets, 40 lbs per pet.
4.Mid-Stay Refresh
For extended stays of 7 nights or more, you can request a mid-stay clean for a fee. To ensure your preferred time, please book 24–48 hours in advance. Guests must be out of the unit during service.
5. We're happy to deliver:
--> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
7. Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
8. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
