Noise Note:

•For a streamlined check-in experience, please complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification ahead of your arrival. Once verified, we’ll provide your full check-in details. We truly appreciate your support in keeping the process secure and seamless.

• This building is home to many residents, and occasionally, you may hear footsteps or everyday movement from other units. It’s part of the charm of shared living, and now you’re in the know.

• Please be aware that this unit is situated in a walk-up building and is accessible only via stairs, as there is no elevator on-site.

• The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Optional Mid-Stay Cleaning
Enjoy a fresh and tidy space during longer stays! For bookings of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Book 24–48 hours in advance, and guests should leave the unit while we clean.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

We’re pleased to welcome pets with prior approval. A CAD 49 pet fee is added at booking for one pet. For additional pets, an additional pet fee per pet applies and is collected after confirmation. Up to two pets allowed, 40 lbs maximum per pet.

We're happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
