This pet-friendly unit has a King sized bed, and a bathroom with a standing shower. It can accommodate up to 2 guests at a time. You'll love the kitchenette, with its mini-fridge and microwave oven, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment, and the suite is wired with a high speed internet connection.
As part of our standard check-in process, all guests are required to complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared immediately after verification is confirmed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this step.
This is a lived-in building, and like any good neighbourhood, you might hear a bit of activity around you. We just wanted you to know what to expect.

We offer parking for $15/night (one spot per stay), available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
These apartments are located on the upper floors.
Your four-legged companions are welcome with advance approval. A CAD 49 pet fee is added at booking for one pet. Additional pets are subject to an additional pet fee per pet, collected after booking. Limited to two pets total, 40 lbs or less per pet.
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay.
We're happy to deliver:

For longer stays of 7 nights+, a mid-stay cleaning service is available for a fee. Book 24–48 hours ahead, and guests should step out of the unit while we complete the service.

- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
