A quick note before you arrive: our home is in a classic walk-up building, accessible only by stairs. We love pets, but please note that pit bulls are not permitted at this property due to insurance restrictions. Feel free to message us about your furry friend before booking! There’s a one-time pet fee of $49 CAD/pet. Additional pets will incur an additional pet fee per pet, collected after booking confirmation.Maximum of two pets, 40 lbs per pet. And while you're welcome to settle in and feel at home, we kindly suggest holding off on online orders, since we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive during your stay. Mid-Stay Cleaning; For guests staying 7 nights or longer, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests will need to step out of the unit while the cleaning is being completed. Please be advised that construction is currently ongoing in the area.
