As this property is part of a residential building, some noise from neighboring units—such as footsteps or everyday movement—may be heard during your stay.
Traveling with a pet? We’ve got you covered. With prior approval, pets are welcome. A CAD 49 pet fee applies at booking for one pet, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. Maximum of two pets, each weighing up to 40 lbs.
Kindly note that we hold no responsibility for lost or undelivered packages, and we recommend against online orders as delivery cannot be guaranteed during your stay.
If your stay includes a little one, we can provide optional baby essentials for added comfort — a Pack ’N Play for $29 or a highchair for $19. You may also select our new Baby Bundle and receive both for $39. Simply let us know if you’d like to include them.
For extended stays of 7 nights or more, take advantage of our mid-stay cleaning. This service requires advance booking (24–48 hours) and guests to be out of the apartment while cleaning is in progress.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
