There is a Juliet balcony that leads off from the open concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, oven with a stovetop cooking surface, microwave and more. The dining table doubles as a work station and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet. The comfortable Futon sofa bed in the living room sits in front of a 55” LCD smart TV, so you can catch up on your fav shows. There's even in suite laundry machines for your use.
The building amenities are yours to enjoy during your stay. While the weather outside is frightful, you'll love the indoor hot tub! Warm up with a soak in the jacuzzi, open from 6am to 11pm daily. - 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit
