The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you’re making a home-cooked meal or enjoying takeout from a local spot, there’s plenty of counter space and a dining table with seating for four.
The sleeping arrangements offer comfort and flexibility for families or small groups. The primary bedroom includes a Queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer Full-sized beds—complete with soft linens, storage space, and blackout shades for a restful sleep.
Two full bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combo and the other with a walk-in shower—make it easy for guests to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. We provide plush towels, toiletries, and in-suite laundry for your convenience.
The apartment is located in the friendly West Bend area, just steps from High Park’s 399 acres of trails, gardens, and green space. You’ll also be within walking distance of Bloor West Village and The Junction—both known for their cozy cafés, vintage shops, bakeries, and boutique restaurants.

• Please be aware that this unit is situated in a walk-up building and is accessible only via stairs, as there is no elevator on-site.
• This property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
• Please note there are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if loud noise/music is played past 10pm to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
