- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Anna was lovely and responsive. The place is on the ground floor, so if you are easily triggered by street noise or worried about safety it might not be the best bet. It was a lovely little space to hang out in w my service bunny and very close to downtown/Parliament Hill. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place was great and very clean! The heated floors were a nice touch, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a really nice stay. The only downside is that parking isn’t included. It’s a $20 per day fee to park in the back, and street parking is limited to 2 hours, with the risk of getting towed or ticketed. Anna’s place is about a 15 min walk to the market. Great location. Great one bedroom that was clean, cozy and comfortable. My only recommendations are that there needs to be lighting over the entry (it’s in the back of the house and no lighting if you are arriving in the evening), which makes entry a bit more difficult and if I had been alone, a bit scary. I was there in the winter and also mentioned to Anna that the stairs going down into the unit very hard to navigate when wet as they were extremely slippery. I would hate for someone to go down hard. I did mention to Anna and she was extremely open to finding a solution to that. I would definitely recommend staying here though! We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. This Airbnb was exactly what we needed and wanted—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both slept so well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel easy and relaxed. The location was also very convenient, making it simple to get around while still feeling like a true home base. We both genuinely loved staying here and felt at ease from the moment we arrived. Anna was an incredible host from start to finish. She was warm, accommodating, and always responded quickly whenever I reached out, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The place was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all very well equipped, and small touches like easily logging into our own Netflix on the smart TV made the space feel comfortable and familiar right away. Anna’s thoughtfulness really stood out. She left self-serve Tide so we could do laundry before leaving, along with toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We brought our own, but it was reassuring to know everything was there if needed. My ten-year-old daughter slept there all four nights and kept saying it was the best sleep she’s ever had. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom mirror defogger was such a nice bonus after showers. Loved this little comfort space away from home ! The basement is located very close to most of the main attraction in Ottawa and are in walking distance. It is in the heart of the old historic town which makes it better. Anna has been a wonderful host and checked on us to ensure everything went smoothly. Anna is the ultimate host. This Airbnb is unbelievably cozy, comfortable and stunningly designed every corner feels so inviting. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. We loved our stay at Anna’s! The place was in the perfect location — super close to everything. Anna was an excellent host and very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The only small downside was some early morning noise from upstairs as the unit is in the basement, but that’s completely outside the host’s control. Salle de bain bien grande, pleins de petites attentions (chips, bouteilles d’eau, petits samples de produit bains,..). Le lit King size est bien grand pour nous qui mesurons 2m... Localisation parfaite; au centre d’Ottawa mais en même temps au calme. Et le sèche-linge rapide… un bonheur lorsque nous avons étés rincés toute la journée par la pluie et que tous nos habits étaient trempés. Very nice and clean accommodations within walking distance of many attractions including The National Gallery and the Byward Market. Parking was a little confusing. Because we couldn’t park on the road overnight and the lot behind the house was full. You can pre reserve your spot though. Cozy and nice place in a quiet part of town. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Having a (free!) washing machine and dryer is quite handy. The apartment is minutes away from the ByWard Mark, museums, restaurants. Anna is a great and proactive communicator. She responded to my messages at the speed of light.
