Welcome to a tastefully designed apartment that combines comfort with functionality—ideal for weekend escapes or extended visits. The unit is located in a walk-up building and is accessible via 30+ steps. The stairs are narrow and may be challenging for guests with mobility needs.

Both bedrooms offer full beds with soft linens and soothing decor, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.
The open-concept living space is perfect for unwinding or spending time with others. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted Smart TV, and take advantage of the pull-out sofa for an additional guest. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need—whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal.
A cozy dining area seats four and can easily double as a workspace if you're traveling for business. The refreshed bathroom includes a standing shower, clean modern finishes, and essentials to help you reset and recharge after a busy day.
As part of our Curated Comforts, guests will also enjoy a few complimentary touches during their stay—bottled water, light snacks, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and basic cooking staples like oil and seasonings. It’s our way of adding a little extra convenience and care to make your stay feel even more welcoming.
(Please note: There is ongoing construction next door. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, some noise may be noticeable during the day.)
• You may hear some neighbourly sounds during your stay, the usual footsteps and movement from nearby units. That’s life in a condo!
• This space is thoughtfully pet-friendly with prior approval. A CAD 50 pet fee applies for one pet at booking, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. Maximum of two pets, each weighing 40 lbs or less.
• We are not accountable for lost or undelivered packages and strongly advise against placing online orders, as delivery timing may not align with your stay.
• Bringing a baby along? We offer optional gear to make your stay smoother — a Pack ’N Play is available for $29 and a highchair for $19. Prefer both? Our new Baby Bundle includes both items for $39.
•Available for stays of 7 nights or more, our mid-stay cleaning service ensures your space stays comfortable. Book at least 24–48 hours ahead, and kindly leave the property while the cleaning takes place.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
