Both bedrooms offer full beds with soft linens and soothing decor, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.
The open-concept living space is perfect for unwinding or spending time with others. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted Smart TV, and take advantage of the pull-out sofa for an additional guest. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, a dishwasher, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need—whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal. Guests will also enjoy curated comforts, including bottled water, snacks, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and basic cooking essentials.
A cozy dining area seats two and can easily double as a workspace if you're traveling for business. The refreshed bathroom includes a walk-in shower, clean modern finishes, and essentials to help you reset and recharge after a busy day.
Bring your pet along—dogs up to 70 lbs are welcome.

A quick note before you arrive: our home is in a classic walk-up building, accessible only by stairs. The staircase adds to the charm of the space but is a bit narrow, which may be less ideal for guests with mobility concerns, just a heads-up! We love pets, but please note that pit bulls are not permitted at this property due to insurance restrictions. Feel free to message us about your furry friend before booking! There’s a one-time pet fee of $49 CAD/pet. Additional pets will incur an additional pet fee per pet, collected after booking confirmation.Maximum of two pets, 40 lbs per pet. A Quick Sound Note; This place has a homey feel, and like any home, sometimes you’ll hear neighbours. It’s all part of being in a vibrant, shared building. And while you're welcome to settle in and feel at home, we kindly suggest holding off on online orders, since we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive during your stay. Mid-Stay Cleaning; For guests staying 7 nights or longer, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests will need to step out of the unit while the cleaning is being completed. Please be advised that construction is currently ongoing in the area. This may result in some disruptions, including limited access and noise. We appreciate your understanding and patience .

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
