This 1-bedroom condo offers spectacular views of the city. Enjoy the natural light that pours through the floor to ceiling windows, or sip a cocktail on your private patio balcony. The suite can host up to 3 guests at a time since it has a seperate bedroom with a Queen sized bed, and also a fold out sofa in the living room. Here you'll also find a designated workstation, and the whole place is connected to wireless high speed internet service. There's a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances. There's also dining space for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower-in-tub design and there are in suite laundry machines for your use.

This condo is in a complex known as Maple Leaf Square, located in Toronto's Entertainment District. This 49-storey tower is situated in a lively and vibrant neighborhood in downtown, known for its entertainment venues like Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. Indulge in diverse dining, nightlife, and shopping options in this popular destination loved by both tourists and locals.

Grab a coffee at Starbucks and enjoy it while you stock up on groceries at Longo's on the Concourse Level at Maple Leaf Square. On the Ground Floor you'll find a TD Canada Trust Bank and an LCBO. And if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking, there is fine dining at E11even Restaurant or for something a little more casual, Real Sports Bar & Grill.

Right across the street from Maple Leaf Square is Union Station, giving you access to the subway, buses and streetcars to take you all over the city. GO Transit goes out to the suburbs from here and VIA Rail goes beyond that. Metrolinx Union Pearson Express runs to Toronto Pearson International Airport. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is about a 5-minute drive from Maple Leaf Square and you can access the Gardiner Expressway via the York St. on-ramp about 200m from your front door.

• As guests staying in our short-term rental (STR) accommodations, we regret to inform you that access to the Resident's Lounge and Co-Working Space is strictly limited to long-term residents only.

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

• For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance; guests must step out during service.

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.


Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

This is by far my favourite place I ever stayed at with AirBnB, and it's not just because of the fantastic location (nearly a stone's throw from the Scotiabank Arena). Hosts were incredible to work with, and extremely understanding. Responses were lightning quick, and they are always so eager to help. I've stayed at various places in Toronto before, and I'm happy to say this is the perfect place to use! My wife and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we'll definitely be back!!

The host was very informative and friendly. The Airbnb was easy to access and extremely close to both stadiums. Very easy walk to Rogers Centre. There was even a parking garage right next to the building. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay in Toronto!

Stayed for 12 nights and it is a great place to stay. Great location with lots of amenities, restaurants and shopping located behind Union Station giving it great access to the UP train from Toronto Pearson Airport. It was not a large space but compact with everything you need. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for making my stay enjoyable and for being so responsive!

after a glitch in a hotel system I was left without a place to stay. Varinder was very accommodating, accepting my request the night of, and continually checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. Super Host isn't even enough of a compliment for them!

Varinder made us feel welcomed right from the beginning and responded to questions without delay. Location-Location-Location!! We had tickets for an event at the Scotia Bank Area... we couldn't have been any closer unless the arena had its own hotel!! Wonderful condo with great views!
