4. Your four-legged companions are welcome with advance approval. A CAD 49 pet fee is added at booking for one pet. Additional pets are subject to an additional pet fee per pet, collected after booking. Limited to two pets total, 40 lbs or less per pet.
5. Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.

7.Refresh Your Space
For longer stays of 7 nights+, a mid-stay cleaning service is available for a fee. Book 24–48 hours ahead, and guests should step out of the unit while we complete the service.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a good stay at Casey’s, clean, tidy and as described. We brought earplugs in preparation for the noise that they are very open about, and we were more than fine. Anyone who hasn’t been in a city before would call it noisy, otherwise it is really not that bad. So many great food options nearby, and a bus stop right outside. Our stay with Casey was very nice and comfortable! The instructions to find the property and how to get in were very clear and easy to access. We had just about everything we needed - the fridge really helped as well as the kettle! And it was nice to have parking reserved right at the property. The shower/bathroom was also very clean. The 3 security locks to get into the property also helped us feel secure and safe, especially being in a city we never been before. It would have been nice to have a stove for cooking but not a big deal on this short trip. Casey also provides ear plugs as it can get a little noisy at night so it was a good touch. Casey also responds very quickly and always checked up on us which made us feel very appreciated! Location was also very convenient, 15 minutes from airport and DT is right there. We would like to thank Casey for the wonderful experience we had. Upon the entry, we noticed a triple security locks, which gave us a greater piece of mind. The studio was very clean and cozy. Casey was always ready online to answer any questions we had in a very timely manner. As for the neighbourhood, we loved the Chinatown. Casey’s place was just what we needed for a weekend away. Clean place, stocked kitchenette and big TV, big comfy bed—great spot to stay! Neighbourhood was in a great location for walking and getting around town, and it’s right next to a few groceries, cute coffee spots, great dinner spots and pubs. this was a great location! Easy to get inside & was exactly as described. I had my dog with me and it was a great place for the both of us! I moved from Ottawa 3 years ago and was back for a visit. Chinatown does have more of a homelessness population now which is unfortunate. I had my big dog so I did feel okay, but just wanted to let future visitors know. They’re friendly people! My stay at Casey’s apartment was excellent! The apartment is very conveniently located and has fantastic value. Casey was great to deal with and was also able to accommodate a last minute request to extend my stay by a day due to repairs at my house taking longer than expected. Great place for a couple for a short getaway. Super convinient for Ottawa Bluesfest, only a 15m walk from the park. Sometimes you have public electric scooters available nearby as well that facilitate transport anywhere in the city. Location is super convinient. Felt very safe as there are 3 different codes from street level to the rental unit. Located right above a little pizza resto that opens late (does not affect you from a noise perspective) but convinient for a late night pizza and beer! Overall its quite recommended! I was quite surprised to see how nice it actually was! They may have different units so the pictures of the unit we “signed up for” didn’t exactly match in real life but it’s quite similar (not too far off). I really liked how easy it was to access it (just codes that you have to punch in). Place is very clean and organized! They were very responsive as well in questions I had and informed me of all the information I needed to know prior!
