This 2 bedroom apartment is a short walk from Ottawa's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in Byward Market. Situated in the heart of Lower Town, a charming and historic neighborhood located just east of Downtown Ottawa. Located within walking distance of some of Ottawa's top attractions, including the National Gallery of Canada and Parliament Hill, this condo unit is the perfect home base for exploring the city's rich cultural heritage and vibrant downtown scene.
With 2 separate bedrooms, plus living room sofa bed, the unit can host up to 5 guests at a time. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so you can bring along the fur baby! There is a King sized bedroom, and also a Queen sized bedroom, and the living room sofa folds out into a Queen sized bed. The living room has a 55” smart TV equipped with Netflix and complimentary high speed internet service.
The unit is newly renovated with an upgraded bathroom, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and an electric fireplace in the living room. There is a small furnished private patio as well. Convenient parking is available on site for a fee.
You'll feel safe and secure knowing that there are high-tech digital locks along with security cameras for the perimeter.

Our team is working diligently to address the issue and ensure that the fireplace will be back in working order as soon as possible, providing our guests with a warm and cozy ambiance during their stay.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

• There is limited on-site parking available behind the building in the back lot for $20/day. Booking in advance is recommended. Please inquire with us for further details.
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
