This building is situated on the border between the LeBreton Flats neighbourhood, and the vibrant and dynamic neighbourhood of CentreTown West (which encompasses Chinatown and Little Italy). With easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep.
This newly renovated apartment suite features one guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is also a fold out sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can host up to 2 guests at a time.
You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with its full sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, stove top and microwave. It's been freshly painted and has lovely hardwood floors.
The living room sofa has a wall mounted 55" smart TV with Netflix and is equipped with high speed internet access. The whole apartment is air conditioned, and it's a pet-friendly space.

•Please note that there is ongoing demolition of the building next to ours, which may cause some disturbances during your stay. Additionally, there is construction happening across the road at the nearest intersection. Parking in the area is already limited, and with the demolition, some streets are now blocked off, further restricting parking availability.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
1.The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighbourhood and work may occur during the day.
2. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
3. We offer parking for $15/day at 725 Somerset (off-site parking lot). Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
4. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.
5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
