This newly renovated apartment suite features two separate guest bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed. The living room also has a fold out sofa bed, so the apartment can host up to 5 guests at a time.
You'll love the open concept kitchen with its full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven, stove top and microwave. It's been freshly painted and has lovely hardwood floors. You can enjoy your home cooked meals around the dining table (seating for 4), but it doubles as a laptop friendly workstation.
The living room sofa has a 55" smart TV with Netflix, and is equipped with high speed internet access. The whole apartment is air conditioned, but if you need some fresh air, the living room has a door which leads out onto the private furnished patio.

Additionally, there is construction happening across the road at the nearest intersection. Parking in the area is already limited, and with the demolition, some streets are now blocked off, further restricting parking availability.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

2. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
3. We offer parking for $15/day at 725 Somerset (off-site parking lot). Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
4. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.
5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
