*IMPORTANT NOTE *
The large front burner on the stove is currently out of service, but the remaining burners work perfectly and are ready for use. We’re actively arranging repairs and expect this to be resolved soon. The home is otherwise fully equipped and comfortable for your stay.
• The property does not have a high chair, but we do provide a pack ’n play.
• Enjoy a stay designed for both guests and their pets. With prior approval, pets are welcome. A CAD 49 pet fee applies at booking for one pet, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. Limited to two pets, up to 40 lbs each.
• To enhance your experience and comfort, we’re implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.
Extended Stay Cleaning
We offer mid-stay cleaning for guests staying 7 nights or more. To schedule, please book at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests are required to vacate the unit during cleaning.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
