This pet-friendly, 2-bedroom apartment is located a couple of blocks from the University of Ottawa and a short walk from Rideau Centre. It can sleep up to g4uests at a time, as it has two separate King bedrooms. Cozy up around the living room's smart TV and catch up on your favourite shows. We offer complimentary high speed wi-fi so you can stay connected during your visit. The spacious kitchen has loads of cupboards and plenty of countertop space for prepping meals. We've got high end appliances, and even in home laundry machines for your use.

Nestled in a residential and family-friendly neighborhood, this apartment is located just a steps from the University of Ottawa. And only a short stroll away from Ottawa's top-rated dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the renowned Byward Market. • Pets up to 70 lbs. are very welcome at our home. However, please note that pitbulls are not permitted.

• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 49.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

We're happy to deliver:
• a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Notre séjour chez Noël s’est très bien déroulé. L’emplacement non loin de l’université d’Ottawa et des bars nous a permis de passer un meilleur séjour et de découvrir Ottawa. Le Airbnb était excellent. Le seul problème était à notre arrivée, où nous avions dû attendre environ 1h dehors le temps que notre unité soit nettoyé. Mis à part ce problème tout s’est bien passé. La communication avec Noël était relativement rapide.

The apartment met our needs perfectly. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. Both of these are rare for an Airbnb, in my experience. We felt safe and could easily walk anywhere we needed to go.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in Ottawa. This was a last minute booking as our original Airbnb host had cancelled only a few weeks before our trip. So we were thankful that we found William’s place in such short notice and it fit all our needs. We had great communication with it the William during the duration of our stay. We really appreciated that he checked in with us daily to see how we were doing. The Airbnb is in a quiet neighbourhood and a nice 20 minute walk to Byward Market and the Parliament buildings. The beds and apartment were comfortable and the listing was as described. We appreciated the free Netflix to watch movies after a long day of walking. They had several appliances to use in the kitchen. I especially appreciated the Keurig machine for my morning coffee but be sure to bring coffee pods. Or purchase them at the grocery stores on Rideau. There was also a nice coffee shop a few blocks away called Figaros that had great coffee and sandwiches.

Beautiful apartment in a convenient location. Check in was easy, host was very responsive. You do have to pay for onsite parking but we just parked on the street and it was fine. Check in was a bit later and check out was earlier than I’m used to but maybe that’s the norm for the area (4 pm check in/ 10 am check out). But overall a great place to relax after a day of exploring Ottawa!

Great place to stay. Airbnbs right now just seem to be generally very expensive. We were super comfortable. The two things I will say is that there was a “little” bit of noise. Not a ton. The other tenants were very respectful. Other than that, they did offer us $20 parking per day, but my vehicle wouldn’t fit. Luckily there is free street parking. Beware of the Thai place walking distance. Super pricey for not a lot of food. Still giving this Airbnb 5 stars because it was a good place and I think people would like it!

Listing was as described and host was very responsive and helpful. We weren't able to park on the premises but street parking was free and available. William / host was very proactive and had great communication throughout. The only thing was that the rooms were a little cold at night but the thermostat was adjustable and there were space heaters. All in all, great location and would book again!
