This 1-bedroom apartment has a comfortable bedroom and also a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate 4 guests at a time. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, and includes a full sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, stove-top and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for 4, so you can enjoy home-made meals, or just flip open some take-out containers! The living room has a smart TV, with high speed internet connection.

You'll be in a great location, just minutes from downtown in Hamilton's Corktown neighbourhood. You'll be nearby lots of dining choices, lively pubs, and plenty of parks. The public transit is fantastic in this area, making it very easy to get around the city. Corktown Park is an awesome nearby greenspace. Corktown Park is also connected to the rail trail network, serving as a connection to the Harbour and other parts of the city. The nearby Corktown Pub dates back to 1880s and has been a live music venue since 1931. Over 10,000 bands have graced its stages, including the Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, and Tom Cochrane.

Please note that:

• Please be aware that the AC is currently not available. Our maintenance team is working to fix this issue.

• The images on the listing are a representation of all the units within the building. Bathtub/shower configuration varies by unit. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.

• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.

• Some units are located on levels accessible by stairs only.

• There is no on-site parking available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need parking recommendations.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

1. We're happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

2. Quality Assurance:
• Your well-being is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was clean, comfortable and so so well thought out. This place is meant for long stays. The kitchen was my favourite part of the house. It was fully equipped, with all the appliances. It might get a little uncomfortable and musty because the tower fan doesn’t give much cooling in the room, and there’s a tiny AC in the living room. But every thing, was very comfy! Brix and Cassie are wonderful hosts.

This little apartment is beautiful! It’s in a great location in the busy downtown area, but is tucked away in a quiet suburb. Very easy access to get up the mountain, or stay down in the city. Location is great. Would definitely stay again!

The place is exactly how it’s described. It is clean and on a quiet street. There was a WiFi issue during my stay which caused a bit of hassle. But the host was helpful.

Nice place! It looks the same as the photos. It is close to the bottom of the escarpment which means a nice walk up for a view. Also close to Hamilton GO station (and walking distance from West Harbour GO) so that makes transportation easy. It is a bit of a sketch neighbourhood, but I definitely felt safe. I would stay there again if I`m in Hamilton.

i loved my time here. The apartment was VERY clean and looked almost exactly like the pictures (some of the furniture was different) but all the amenities were there. I found everything i needed for my stay in the apartment. eating utensils, towels, salt & pepper. the only thing i wish was that there was more pots and pans to cook with (thankfully I brought some of my own) but other than that i was able to find everything I needed to cook. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here. Great price for a very cozy apartment!

Everything was 10/10 except for the fact that there’s no parking which sucks cause you’re paying $200 and you can’t leave your car somewhere safe. Other than place is clean very beautiful host responds quickly and is very kind attentive to your needs. I would recommend but just be aware no parking you’ll have to park somewhere the host recommends nothing really

Matthew and Cassie were nice and responsive and attended quickly to an initial challenge with the internet. Doors use a keypad which I liked because I have an issue with not losing keys

Great property manager and owners. Location location location is amazing! Also the rooms are big and spacious! Very clean and smells amazing as you walk in. Communication is great!
