This 1-bedroom apartment has a comfortable bedroom and also a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate 4 guests at a time. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, and includes a full sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, stove-top and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for 2, so you can enjoy home-made meals, or just flip open some take-out containers! The living room has a smart TV, with high speed internet connection.
You'll be in a great location, just minutes from downtown in Hamilton's Corktown neighbourhood. You'll be nearby lots of dining choices, lively pubs, and plenty of parks. The public transit is fantastic in this area, making it very easy to get around the city. Corktown Park is an awesome nearby greenspace. Corktown Park is also connected to the rail trail network, serving as a connection to the Harbour and other parts of the city. The nearby Corktown Pub dates back to 1880s and has been a live music venue since 1931. Over 10,000 bands have graced its stages, including the Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, and Tom Cochrane.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Decided last minute to stay in Hamilton. Was able to secure this stay. Everything was as described, instructions were clear and concise. First and foremost! I wanna thank Brix & Cassie for the courtesy, warmth and consideration. This was my first time using this service and my experience was awesome! Gracious & kind hosts! We had a delay in our travel plans and they very considerate and understanding of our situation and accommodated us regardless. They checked on us upon arrival and offered assistance if ever we needed throughout our stay. We were in town on last minute notice for an event and couldn’t find anything close to where it was being held, until we saw the availability in Corktown. The dwelling was clean, comfortable and convenient for our needs and travel plans. If ever we’re in town I’m hopeful we can stay here again. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was clean, comfortable and so so well thought out. This place is meant for long stays. The kitchen was my favourite part of the house. It was fully equipped, with all the appliances. It might get a little uncomfortable and musty because the tower fan doesn’t give much cooling in the room, and there’s a tiny AC in the living room. Nice place! It looks the same as the photos. It is close to the bottom of the escarpment which means a nice walk up for a view. Also close to Hamilton GO station (and walking distance from West Harbour GO) so that makes transportation easy. It is a bit of a sketch neighbourhood, but I definitely felt safe. i loved my time here. The apartment was VERY clean and looked almost exactly like the pictures (some of the furniture was different) but all the amenities were there. I found everything i needed for my stay in the apartment. eating utensils, towels, salt & pepper. the only thing i wish was that there was more pots and pans to cook with (thankfully I brought some of my own) but other than that i was able to find everything I needed to cook. Everything was 10/10 except for the fact that there’s no parking which sucks cause you’re paying $200 and you can’t leave your car somewhere safe. Other than place is clean very beautiful host responds quickly and is very kind attentive to your needs.
