- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Nelson was a very responsive host always only a minute or two away from an answer.We had the unfortunate experience of going with out Hot water on the Saturday for the entire day but he was great for responding and having someone comeover to rectify the issue and by the next day hotn water was restored.There is limited parking options and they charge additional 15 per night for parking and when I told them I want parking and they said pay us I said how do I know for sure that I will get a spot as you only have four spots and all four of them are taken right now from which they kept ignoring my question and kept pushing that I send them money send them money so naturally like a person that wanted to be parked where he was staying and the person that doesn't like conflict I sent them $30 for two nights of parking from which immediately they said oops we double booked we don't have parking for you and then I said can I get a refund and they said sure and 8 to 10 days so be weary of this uAnonymous - Posted: 11/17/2025

Easy to find. Good communication from the host. Basic accommodations so if that’s all you need then this space is great. However one warning - you have zero control over the temperature of the unit. It’s an older building and everything is centrally controlled. I ended up not even sleeping there on the second evening and staying with my sister in law because it was just way too cold. It was an absolutely great spot nice lighting wonderful pictures on the wall but honestly, I could do without getting blamed for taking the tv power cord.
