You can enjoy your food around the dining table, but it also doubles as a laptop friendly workstation. The whole unit has complimentary high speed wifi so you can stay connected during your stay.
There's a smart TV for your entertainment in the living room, where the sofa bed is located. Each of the two bedrooms have fresh linens and a comfortable mattress.
On the second Friday of every month, Art Crawl transforms James Street North into a celebration of art, music, and food. You’ll be met with the friendly welcome of a block party and the excitement of a street festival where studios, galleries, shops, and restaurants keep their doors open late to welcome visitors who fill the sidewalks.

We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
