• Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit.

• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
•This unit has air conditioning to help cool the space, but on hot days, it may feel warmer inside as the AC can take time to catch up with high outdoor temperatures. Please keep this in mind when booking during warmer months.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required and is subject to a fee. This helps maintain our property’s high standards while ensuring a comfortable stay for our long-term guests.

Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

The place was small and cozy. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was within walking distance of everything we needed, which made the stay really convenient. The unit itself was very neat and well organized, and the TV was easy to use. The large windows let in a lot of natural light and made the space feel bright and open rather than like a typical apartment. I stayed here for just over a month and honestly felt just like home. You have everything you need to get settled in immediately. Some fantastic restaurants in the area too. Would just suggest improving the air conditioning, it gets very warm, fans where provided but if you are a light sleeper like me you can’t have it on when you need midnight cooling. Jason & Alice's place is a wonderful oasis in an eclectic part of Hamilton with great restaurants, pubs, and shops. It is conveniently located near the GO train to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Also, for runners like me, you are able to head out to the harbourside trail for a great run in mornings--when the weather cooperates during the spring, summer, and autumn. Of course, the flat is upstairs over retail shops below, it's quiet, and the people around you are respectful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The living room was almost like a replica of my living room where I live in Kitchener...large TV, comfortable sofa, AC unit, fan, amongst other nice things. My wife and especially, my little 2-year-old daughter that traveled with me felt like being at home. The BIG space of the living room was so good. There are lots of restaurants around...and I even saw a store where they sell African foodstuff...and we made a Nigerian delicacy in the well-equipped kitchen. If you like a very a lively neighborhood, this is just the best place. You will have fun by just walking down the streets. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars and breweries and had no trouble finding a lot that offered weekend parking at a reasonable cost. We had a lovely stay here and were so impressed by the service from Jaxon and Alice. They truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When the summer heat on the top floor made it hard for my baby to sleep, they kindly moved us to a lower-level unit and even waived the cleaning fee. Later, they approved our early check-out (we booked 12 nights but stayed for 10) and arranged a refund without any hassle. Communication was always quick, professional, and friendly — it made everything so easy for us. The location is great — close to Hamilton downtown and on a nice street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Let me just start with the interior is gorgeous. Everything is super clean, well kept, and feels pretty fancy to be honest. I’d argue to say even better than the pictures. Now overnight parking is probably the biggest “issue” if there is one, but just park at the houses a block or two off of the Main Street and you should be fine. stayed here for 2 weeks for work. it was clean, easily accessible, in walking distance of the GO station, and all kinds of restaurants and amenities. The place is spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The locals are friendly, and there is an amazing Italian restaurant right next door. Clean, bright, and spacious. This is a great find. Suits my needs for work very well. Lots of great restaurants all within walking distance, and very close to the GO train station (5 minute walk). I can highly recommend this location. The renters have made it very easy to access, and we're communicative, and available if there was a need for anything. The apartment had great ambience with brick walls and big windows. It’s an open concept and a comfortable stay. Amazing restaurants and coffee shops in the area, all within easy walking distance. We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Hamilton. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. This is just what we needed. The space is not large but more than enough. It is in an older building that had been updated and walking distance to all the best restaurants. If you need a comfortable place for work or leisure, that has some great places to go eat or have a drink, this is the place.
