Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy them at the dining table, or work from the laptop-friendly workspace with high-speed WiFi. Relax on the sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV, and refresh in the modern bathroom stocked with fresh linens and towels.

Each unit is uniquely styled while maintaining the same high-quality experience. Layouts, décor, and views may vary slightly, and your assigned unit will be confirmed prior to check-in.

•To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit.
• For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required and is subject to a fee. This helps maintain our property’s high standards while ensuring a comfortable stay for our long-term guests.
• There are different units in this building, including a basement suite.
• Please note the images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
Noise Awareness
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.

• a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
