The space features a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed dressed in fresh linens, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and hair dryer, and an open-concept living area designed for both relaxation and convenience.

Kitchen and Living Room:
The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, bar seating for casual meals, and everything you need to prepare food at home. A dedicated dining table comfortably seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals or work remotely. After a full day out, unwind in the living room on the comfortable sofa and stream your favourite shows on the 55” Smart TV using the high-speed internet provided.

Private Patio:
Step outside to your private, furnished patio — a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink in the evening. For added convenience, the suite includes in-unit washer and dryer, centralized heating, and complimentary on-site parking.

Noise Awareness:
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

I love this unit!! I have stayed her multiple times and feel it really is a cozy oasis and home away from home! It's quiet, clean and a great deal. The host was very communicative and responsive when I had any issue and proactively offered to resolve it promptly in person - which turned out to be unnecessary, as I was able to resolve on my own, but their prompt response reassured me that even if I couldn't fix it they would take care of it immediately so it wouldn't impact my stay there.

We stayed for two nights and had a great, affordable stay in a very convenient part of Toronto. The parking spot was excellent. As mentioned in other reviews, the AC is quite strong, but just bring a sweater and you’ll be fine!

Great place to stay at! Walkable to nearby attractions. Shower space is a bit limited and shower head was a bit low for someone who is 6ft or taller. Overall a very clean, and welcoming environment.

Sebastian was very responsive and helpful! The apartment was very clean and well stocked, area is great and lots of restaurant/cafe options just a few minutes away. Some traffic noises in the morning but apartment is nice, quiet, and great place to relax. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great stay, I'd recommend it if you are in the area! It seems likely that the building's other tenants may have been controlling the temperature of the house, so the unit in the basement was very cold. But there were everything you needed to cook, there were towels and soap provided in the bathroom, the cutlery and kitchen were very clean. The host and co-host were very responsive and proactive with communication.

Absolutley loved this stay. The basement apartment was very nicely decorated and made us feel right at home. We fell in love with the location as there is so much to do around, be it parks, cafes, craft beer or just walking around and taking in the vibrancy of the area. Even got to meet Wynnie the dog! Fairly cheap, has a lot of amenities for such a small place. A unique basement pad idea with everything a young couple or a college student would need for a weekend getaway in Toronto. Extremely clean, lots of utensils and linens, and very polite, professional and nice hosts. Would recommend for sure.
