It has a cozy living room with a smart TV and high speed internet connection. The dining table can double as a.laptop friendly workstation too. There's a back patio area that's shared with the other unit and is fully fenced in. It features an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and hot tub.
The home has a full sized kitchen and dining room, but hey - you're on vacation right? Go out to eat! Looking for something casual? We recommend the nearby (walking distance) Odds Bar. They’re the perfect spot for a patio hang, dinner with pals and late night drinks. For a fine dining experience, head to Radius to enjoy a meal inside their stylish restaurant or outside on one of the city’s most popular patios. The Corktown Pub dates back to 1880s and has been a live music venue since 1931. Over 10,000 bands have graced its stages, including the Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo, and Tom Cochrane. Those are some of our favourite spots, but you'll be nearby lots of dining choices, lively pubs, and plenty of parks. The public transit is fantastic in this area, making it very easy to get around the city. Corktown Park is an awesome nearby greenspace.

• Please note that construction activities will be ongoing throughout the summer. While there may be some noise and visual disruption from the excavation during the day, please rest assured that we will not start early in the morning, and your access to the unit will not be affected. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
• Please note the hot tub is currently out of order, we hope to have it repaired soon.
• Please note the backyard is shared with upstairs tenants.
• Please note that there is construction in progress within the building and work may occur during the day.
• We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
