The sleeping area features a queen bed dressed in quality linens, soft textures and calming tones to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Gentle bedside lighting creates a warm evening ambience, while the Smart TV and comfortable seating area offer the perfect setting to unwind with your favourite series after a day of exploring.
The thoughtfully equipped kitchen makes longer stays effortless. With full-size appliances, a sleek stovetop, microwave, coffee station, cookware and dining essentials, you can prepare anything from a simple morning coffee to a relaxed dinner for two. The dining table doubles as a practical workspace, making it easy to catch up on emails or enjoy a productive work session in a comfortable environment.
The private bathroom includes a full bathtub with an overhead shower, fresh fluffy towels and all the essentials you need for a refreshing start or end to your day.

• Cozy Apartment Vibe: This apartment has a warm, homey feel. As with any shared building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units—footsteps, conversations, or everyday movement. These little noises are part of the vibrant community.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Please schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests are asked to step out of the unit while the cleaning is completed.
• Traveling with Little Ones: A Pack ’N Play or highchair can be provided for $40 each upon request.

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
