This basement level condo features two King sized beds, plus a pull out sofa in the living room. It can comfortably host up to 5 guests at a time, and is in a great location in the Regent Park neighbourhood of Toronto.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and there's loads of countertop space for prepping meals. The suite features a dedicated work space with high speed internet connection, if you absolutely must get some work done!

There are two bathrooms with standing showers and in suite laundry machines as well.

The amenity room located on the 5th floor is equipped with free Wi-Fi and workstations overlooking downtown. The amenity room also provides a space to watch television, play games and socialize.

Unit was simple and cozy, 2 bathrooms were great for a group trip. Very easy and convenient check in with no physical keys involved. Only tricky part was parking but that can be expected with a stay in a city, ended up paying for a garage nearby for about $15/day.

We appreciated having a place like this to stay in this area of Toronto, convenient to the Distillery district and near relatives. We were in town for a memorial service, so not seeking pleasure, but the cleanliness and convenience of 41 River St made the necessities of life quite easy and Anita was responsive to our requests. Sumach Coffee, a short walk away, is a great place for breakfast and good coffee.

super kind very responsive heat didn't work for my stay used a space heater and the oven but it's a smaller place so it was fine over all experience was A1 definitely would stay again

This was a great location and the host was very accommodating. Around lots of shops and entertainment. Plenty of space and the king size beds were absolutely comfy! The two full bathrooms were a nice touch and helped with getting ready for the day and night. I also made use of the dryer as mine at home was broken! Thanks Anita, great place and host. If the time comes I hope to use this listing again.

The location is great, the self check-in was easy the place was clean and modern I had a great deal worth the price. Recommendable and host keeps a stable communication. Would definitely book again.

Nice. place and well kept. It was quiet and the beds were king size which made the rooms a little more cramped but that's city living and we preferred the bigger beds. Unit is located on the basement level which limited the natural light.

I loved staying at Anita’s place it was very clean and easy to get into. The beds were huge and very cozy and the kitchen was nice and clean! No complaints at all the entire process was easy clean and enjoyable if I’m ever in Toronto again I’d be happy to book again :)
