First I’ll start by saying all the positives: - The home was incredibly spacious, more than enough room to have privacy amongst a big group - The driveway was able to accommodate up to 3 cars without blocking the street/sidewalk but we stuck with the rules and kept it at 2 cars max - Parking at the clubhouse was easy - Wifi had good service As for some of the issues we ran into: - There was a pet odor in the home when we first arrived (went away with time) - There is a child alarm on the sliding door to the backyard that must be pushed EVERY time you go out to the backyard and you cannot leave the door open or the alarm will go off in 14 secs - We found several baby roaches unfortunately, we didn’t make a big deal out of it— just killed them - Everything felt slightly outdated, didn’t really feel worth the total price of the home, feels that we paid more so for the space - !!! THERE IS NO PHONE SERVICE, FOR AT LEAST 5 MINS FROM THE HOME, but wifi helped while there!!!

I am a premium renter on Air BnB, this means I rent from multiple homes multiple times a year. THIS HOUSE by far has been one of the best ones! The space, the look, the pool area space, there was basically a bathroom for almost every room, this house hands down was a great pick My family and I will most definitely return if available for our travel dates! There were a few minor hiccups but so minor that didn’t even waste time worrying the host about. Pick this house or not so I can have it to return to when I want to it was just that nice!! Thanks Mark and Lyndsey for a great home away from home ?
