My girlfriend and I stayed at their Airbnb in Davenport, FL and I must say it was a really good time. The host was very accommodating to us, and allowed us to check-in nearly 3 hours earlier than we were initially supposed to! We barely get that kind of flexibility at most hotels, that was incredible! There was a small delay in getting the code to work in the door, but after a phone call, we were able to get in. Just a technological problem. The home featured a massive tv in the living room, a comfy bedroom, and the dining area fit with flowers and a kitchen with nice appliances. We spent a lot of our time in the screened-in pool area that was provided. The water was nice and relaxing, and adorable wildlife came to visit us. The host offered to warm the pool water & the grill for use, though we didn’t use them The only cons we experienced during our stay was some cosmetic damage in the living room and dining area, as well as some leaking from the roof in the laundry room.

Valerie and Kyle’s place was exactly what I expected. Clean and neat! Will definitely be coming back! We had a couple problems on arrival because the code given wasn’t working so we had to wait on the phone for a while but eventually we got in and the light in the back of the house was broken but got fixed. But I would overall recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay, It was clean and spacious. Valerie and Kyle are very good with communication and checking in. The only thing that I wish I had seen was a grill, the listing said Private pool and bbq, but I was never able to locate the gas grill. It wasn’t a make or break for me so it wasn’t a big deal. I am sure if I had asked they would have helped me as they are responsive for any needs. Overall it was a great stay!

Great stay we loved it my son and my girlfriend loved the master bed room it was amazing house has everything you’ll need for a family vacation we also came with a few family friends they loved the rooms and the home as well it’s nice the adults can be downstairs and they have a section where the kids can watch tv upstairs and play board games the pool was nice originally stayed to go to the water parks and sea world and it’s only 25 min drive to the parks depending on the traffic we loved this house
